Swim Type is better overall.
Power Chao are only good if they are the second evolution of a different type of Chao (except any Swim Chao or Dark/Fly Chao) or they are Dark Chao (except Dark/Power/Power, Dark/Power/Fly, or Dark/Power/Swim), and Swim Chao are only bad if Power is their second evolution or if it's a Neutral/Fly/Swim Chao, in which case Swim is only the Chao's second evolution.

I like swim chao in all alignments, and almost all second evolutions, except as already stated Power as the second. I like Dark and Neutral Power chao. Not hero. I like all 2nd evos for Dark Power, and most for Neutral Power.

Ugh, I know I have asked this a jillion times, but you act like it's against your religion to even look at fat chao. Why do you have them so much?
Anyways, I prefer swim types, but power chao are awesome aswell.

I can't explain very well... But I can try.

It just bothers me that fat Chao even exist. When I was young, I didn't know much about Second Evolutions and there were many Chao I never saw before. Some of those happened to be fat Chao. And even if I had saw them before, I didn't realize that they were fat. So when I found out about them, it was kinda disturbing to me...

I used to own a Hero Power, Dark Power, and I now have Netural Power. I also have Hero Swim, Neutral Swim, and two Dark Swims. I love the Dark Swim-Ninja Chao-better over the other swims, and Hero Power over the other powers.

Power is 20% cooler than swim.
But swim is 30% more colourful than power.
