which chao gardens do you prefere

Are you a fan of SA or SA2's Chao gardens I personally prefere sonic adventures gardens

Well ma fave chao garden in sa1 has got to be the mystic ruins just because its the largest plus I love mystic ruins its ma fave adventure field and in sa2b its gotta be the dark garden the skulls on the tombstones look a lot like jack skellington's head from the nightmare before christmas x3 I love that film I had a jack skellington chao but he sadly died

SA1 has gardens designed for looks and theme while SA2 has gardens designed for chao to live in. I would prefer the SA1 gardens were they a little more practical (Mystic Ruins, I'm looking at you) but, as is, it's SA2 all the way.

Yeah, gotta agree on SA2's gardens being a bit more functional than the ones from the first game. The Egg Carrier Garden was pretty nice though, and it didn't really have the drawbacks of the other two.

Yeah the egg carrier one was cool but tbh I was hardly there mainly in station square and mystic ruins

I like SA2 Dreamcast gardens the best. The Dark Garden had another cool room in the mountain, which you can also go up, and The Hero Garden had that cool river and the bridge. I never had The Dreamcast version, but I've seen videos on it.

TBH I only really go into the hero garden in SA2 to raise chao because it's the biggest to me. I may be wrong but it feels so large.

I really loved the Eggman Beach but the one thing that repelled me from it was the fact that if your chao swam too far, you couldn't retrieve them. The SA1 gardens felt too clunky for me asides from that garden so I never really spent much time raising chao in SA1 compared to SA2B.

I'd play in the SADX gardens more if you could actually hear if your chao is hungry. They're so big and look super nice, but I spent a lot of my time in SA2B's gardens because raising them there was easier. I love the dark garden!! Wish I had the dreamcast version, it looks super rad.

If the you could hear the stupidly quiet Chao over the ridiculously loud music, I probably would go for SADX as they look nice and more habitable (With the exception of Mystic Ruins) The Egg carrier looked awesome and Station Square looked like a non-existent place I like to call Chao City.

As for the SA2B Gardens, 2 of them have fatal, exposed cliffs and are really claustrophobic, they just look like awful places to live, the Hero Garden is probably the best of the SA2B gardens, it's just bigger, and not filled with blood or hexagon rocks.

However, I prefer the SA2B Chao Gardens just because they're more practical, they keep all of your Chao in sight, have good sorting systems and a TV, you can also hear your Chao, wherever you are while in SADX you couldn't hear a Chao if you were standing next to it!

Never played Dreamcast SA2, I want to though.

SA2:B, because I won't hurt my Chao trying to grab or pet them.
And I can get toys 'n stuff in the gardens. And the music is more calming, SADX has some type of jazz band or whatever in the back.

But I like literally everything else about chao better from 2.
