Does SA:2 on steam have all the content of the GC version?
Does SA:2 on steam have all the content of the GC version?
Can you find things like jewel chao in the steam version? I'd be a bit disappointed if we can't.

No, you can't get Jewel Chao. But, you needed a GBA for that anyways.
And if you breed a Shiny Chao with a Two-Tone Chao you get a "Bright" Chao. It's technically the same thing but looks different and emits a faint glow.
Otherwise, everything is the same.
If you use the Steam version, you can use Fusion's Chao Editor to get Jewel Chao, if you want them.

You can't natively, unless you have a mod or an editor on hand to get them. I don't think you can get them normally unless you buy the Battle DLC.
