..how do I add stuff such as Chao World Extended and Fusion's Chao Editor?
I may wait a few days before doing this as my internet isn't that great and lugging my laptop to a place with better reception isn't that easy.

Fusion's chat editor is easy enough. Search for it, download the program, and open SA2. It will detect the game, and you'll be able to use it. I would imagine chao world extended's much the same, but I've never downloaded it...

Congratulations! You have purchased SA2 on Steam!

Fusion's Editor, is just as easy as Chao Professor said: It will activate as soon as you turn on the game, but it only works once you get in Chao World, since that's when the game loads the Chao. So just go through the installation process and load both at the same time.

Chao World Extended, is a bit more tricky. You're going to be messing with a few files, but it's not really anything more than copy and pasting several folders.

After you download the mod, go into its folder, and copy everything inside it and put it inside the Sonic Adventure 2 folder. There's already a little guide for the process right under the "Download" button/link.

But to clarify a bit of stuff, you're going to have to go through several folders and the path you have to take should look something like: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sonic Adventure 2

Then just paste the files in the folder. Don't worry if it asks if you want to delete something. That's fine.
