AR, because, if you dont have PSO, its cheaper, and you can use AR more often than PSO if you ask me xD.
And if you're like me, you would'nt have a friend to duplicate from.
None of my friends, nor me, have pso xD!
if i had AR or freinds with it id go with that cause honsetly you wouldnt know if you would like the PSO its one game and your only real reason for getting it is for the special chao it offers so AR is beter it can be used with all games you own including the chao
cheating is a matter of opinion, to me using AR or duplication to gain a tails chao isnt cheating cause your not doing anything wroung, using AR to make an all S tails chao with 9999 stats tio me is cheating

Umm.....I saw on a site that to make a tails chao you need to use tails and give your chao fly chaos drives until it transforms. It probably won't work, but you never know. I never tried it.
