which sonic character should get his/her own Tv show

Now, if we were talking about having a better attempt at a Sonic series more along the lines with Archie, I'd be interested.

but really, a Sonic show with just one of the characters is not a good idea. All the characters rely on the others to keep their personalities and behavior in check. If you were to have Sonic alone he'd be a jerk with no one to ground him and keep him from doing something dangerous. Shadow by himself....*shudder* blood blood blood, "MARIAAAAA!", guns everywhere...that would be rated R for sure.

Now I would also love a Sonic Archie based cartoon. Scourge, Bean, Bark, Nack, anyone?

I would much rather like to see a SEGA-based series of web-videos or such in the vein of "Night of the Werehog".

Well, to be honest, I don't think a series would launch pretty well if it revolved around one character. For one thing, not all Sonic characters have the same amount of popularity, therefore making it difficult to exist for a long period of time. It would be fairly difficult to come up with a plot, especially based on the backstory of a character. If one character were to be put into a spotlight, it would have to be in a video game, not a television series.

While I will +1 the notion that making any one character the focus of an entire television series would be a bad idea, a series of shorts that tell the backstory of characters on a one-by-one basis could be interesting if done right.

That said, a straight television adaptation of Archie Sonic would be epic if done right.

^Considering that only two of the 4 existing Sonic TV shows even got a second season(and even then, Sonic X only got a second season due to its popularity outside of Japan, and SatAM is still the shortest by far in episode count), any other Character not flopping as the star seems unlikely and lasting for four seasons would be a pipedream of that character's fanboys/fangirls.

^ All of those shows are in the past, I really do think another Sonic cartoon would do well. I read somewhere that cartoons are at an all time high, maybe I just want another Sonic cartoon.
