you get it in aquatic mine you let the water totaly down and go in that hole in the secon floor you go down the brick stair and go only up up up you can look on youtube too how to get that item

Go to the place where the level 3 switch is, don't touch it, but collect the rings around there, than go around the starting point for rings, than (And this is where you get the most) Go through the place where you get the airnecklace level-up item. Lots of rings there!

Im suk at 169, my main issue being chao karate (last tier after hard mode)
and two of the Dark characters' levels that don't come to mind at present

soo you try to say you cant beat Super on chao karate.... its not that hard just do the animal glich on your chao..:D not so hard.... you will get stats up in notime and you will be able to finish it

Ok, how about the hard level in Securtity Hall? I can get to the first 2, then I'm stuck at the last Chaos Emerald. The one inside the safe that has a big weight over it.
1. I can't find the 'switch' to stop the weight
2. I can't EVEN DIG into the safe right. I always miss... =( please help..
Ps. I have 120 elbems..

You will need the treasure scope for it.
There should be a platform up at the top with a beetle with an electric shield and some iron crates, break the crates, and use the treasure scope to find a spring. The spring will take you to a switch that will freeze the weight. Then open the safe to get the emerald. Hope that helped.
