Common City Escape issue?

I think many people know by now the issue seen in city escape, with a vehicle constantly appearing on the top of the camera throughout most of the level.

Spoiler:

No one seems to know what causes this, since there have been claims that people have seen this in their game when no mods have been applied, ever. Maybe we could find out what causes this and/or how to get rid of it? It would definitely help

I've played City Escape at least 400 times and have never encountered this glitch, but I'm curious.

I just went and uploaded a little video of it.
It only kind of flickers into view at first, but as you'll see in some places it's just there for good.

are you play with dolphin?this glitch can happen if your memory card can't load textures and it loads random to replace other, if this happens always you need to change graphic card, thats all what i can advise.

The thing is, first I saw the glitch on my old laptop a few good months after I had modded the game. Then I had gotten a new laptop, and downloaded the game fresh from Steam, and the glitch was there again. Others have also said that the game simply comes like this now, and it just depends on the graphics card or whatever (Someone created a discussion on Steam about it.)

The thing I don't understand is, why it would randomly start happening to me after working fine for so long. I don't know...

Yep I've seen that before... it happens to me all the time, the car seems to follow you on the top of the screen (quit annoying) until you run down the building then it finally disappears. This has happens to me every time I've played City escape.

Unfortunately, this glitch isn't reliably replicable either on SA2 or SA2B. I am not sure what causes it. My personal theory is that one of city escape's triggers is slightly off of the ground when rendered, which explains why jumping over the trigger has a chance of causing the same effect.

Actually, this only happens on Intel HD Graphics 4000 integrated cards. In every version of the game, be it Dreamcast emulated, Gamecube emulated, or the PC version, this will always happen on that card. I have no clue why but I suffer from it as well.
